What happens after I order
SentriLock will dispatch your order (Monday-Thursday) from its factory in Cincinnati, OH. Please budget 7-12 days for shipping.
Once the SentriLocks arrive, you'll need to open each one with the SentriKey app via Bluetooth (guide here).
Then just add the serial numbers to the Lockboxes tab in RentEngine and they're ready to use
Tips for ordering
Order a few extra lockboxes if you manage many units — this reduces downtime when a device is lost or damaged.
Keep serial numbers and purchase details organized so transfers and assignments go smoothly.
