Overview
Add SentriLocks and Codeboxes to RentEngine so you can generate access codes for showings.
Before you begin
If you are transferring this lockbox from your old software, please follow the relevant Codebox and SentriLock transfer guides below
You must have the lockbox’s serial number.
If you’re using Codebox, the device must be in Active Lockboxes in the Codebox dashboard.
Add a lockbox in RentEngine
Go to the Lockboxes tab in RentEngine.
Click Add lockbox.
Enter the lockbox serial number
Select the lockbox provider
Link the connected account (if applicable)
Click "Create Lockboxes"
Confirm they work by pressing "Generate Code"
Note: for SentriLocks, the system will attempt to generate a code for each lockbox you're adding and will show a warning if the lockbox has not yet been transferred by SentriLock or completed the required Bluetooth activation step. Please reach out to support via chat to complete the transfer process if this warning appears.
