Can't take a photo of your ID or selfie?
This guide will show you how to re-enable camera permissions to complete your showing request.
You might be here if you:
Accidentally blocked camera access by tapping too quickly
Didn't see the prompt
The system isn't letting you take a photo
If you're using Chrome
On iPhone or iPad
Open the Settings app on your device.
Scroll down and tap Chrome.
Tap Camera.
Set to Allow.
Go back to Chrome and refresh the page.
Restart the scheduling and press Allow again, if prompted.
Alternatively:
Open Chrome and visit the site.
Tap the camera or mic icon on the left of the address bar (only appears if settings were previously changed).
Turn permissions on.
If the permission never appeared, follow the steps in Apple’s guide for Chrome.
On Android
Open the Settings app on your device.
Tap Apps > See all apps (if needed).
Select Chrome.
Tap Permissions > Camera.
Select Allow only while using the app.
Go back to Chrome and refresh the page.
Restart the scheduling and press Allow again, if prompted.
Alternatively:
In Chrome, tap the ⋮ menu and click Settings.
Go to Site settings → Camera or Microphone.
If the site is listed under Blocked, tap the site → choose Allow.

If you're using Safari
On iPhone or iPad (iOS 13 and above)
Open Safari.
Tap the “AA” icon in the address bar.
Tap Website Settings.
Set Camera permissions to Allow.
Go back to the website and refresh the page.
Restart the scheduling and press Allow again, if prompted.
On iOS below 13
Go to your iPhone’s Settings.
Scroll down and tap Safari.
Tap Camera and choose Ask or Allow.
Go back to the website and refresh the page.
Restart the scheduling and press Allow again, if prompted.
