Logging in
Log in at rentmigo.co.uk with the email you were invited or registered with. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot password" link.
What you can do
See every applicant and their current status
View and download guarantee certificates and signed Rent Guarantee Agreements
Check guarantee details, including rent, dates and limits
Log missed rent payments and submit and track claims
Add and manage your own team members
Statuses
Each applicant has a status showing exactly where they are, for example still applying, under review, approved, waiting to pay or sign, or active. Statuses update in real time.
If something doesn't look right
If a certificate isn't showing yet, it usually means a step is still outstanding, such as a tenant who hasn't paid or signed. If you think something's wrong, message us on live chat or email partner@rentmigo.co.uk.
