How to download it
Log in at rentmigo.co.uk with the email you applied with, open your application, and select the certificate to view or download it as a PDF.
Which certificate will I see?
Pre-approval certificate: available once you're approved before finding a property. It shows landlords you've been approved by Rentmigo.
Guarantee certificate: issued once all tenants have paid and everyone has signed the Rent Guarantee Agreement. Your landlord receives a copy too.
Can't see your certificate?
If you've been approved but there's no guarantee certificate yet, it usually means a step is still outstanding, such as payment from a co-tenant or a signature. Check your dashboard for any remaining steps, or message us on live chat.
