These terms and conditions govern participation in the RepeatMD Referral Partner Program. By referring businesses to RepeatMD, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, contact hello@repeatmd.com.

Before You Start
Read these terms before making your first referral.
Every referral must meet all qualification criteria to be eligible for payout.
Track your referral status in your partner dashboard.
How to qualify for a referral payout
A referral must meet all of the following criteria:
The referred practice must respond or schedule a demo within 60 days of your introduction.
The referred practice must not have been referred by another partner before your submission.
The referred practice must not already be in the RepeatMD sales process at the time of your referral submission.
The referred practice must not be an active RepeatMD client.
The referred practice must not be included in a capital equipment purchase.
Pro tip: Follow up with your referral and remind them of RepeatMD’s benefits to increase the chance of purchase.
Referral statuses
Status | Meaning |
Pending | Your referral has been received and is pending qualification. |
Qualified | Confirmed as a new lead — RepeatMD has no existing lead in its system, or has not contacted them within the last 60 days. |
Denied | The referral did not meet one or more qualification criteria. |
Approved | Your qualified referral has purchased RepeatMD. Once the 30-day buffer period is complete, payment processing begins. |
Receiving your payout
All of the following must occur:
Your referral purchases RepeatMD (any tier).
A 30-day buffer period completes to ensure successful onboarding.
RepeatMD collects your W-9 and sets up your direct deposit (via Bill.com).
W-9 collection and direct deposit setup may take 7+ days, depending on how quickly you provide information.
Payout timeline:
Referral submitted → Demo completed → Purchase → 30-day buffer → W-9 and direct deposit collected → Payout
Delays in providing a W-9 or setting up direct deposit may extend the payout timeline beyond the standard processing period.
Program modifications
RepeatMD reserves the right to modify or discontinue referral rewards, payout amounts, and program incentives at any time, at its sole discretion. Referrals already approved and past the 30-day buffer period will be honored under the original terms.
By participating in this program, you agree that reward values and payout terms are subject to change, and that continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.
