How Eligibility and Payments Work

Eligibility

For a referral to be eligible for a payout, it must meet the following criteria:

✅ Your referral must purchase RepeatMD.

✅ Their RepeatMD platform must complete onboarding and go live, which requires a 30-day buffer period.

Payments

After the 30-Day Buffer Period:

  • You will receive an email notifying you that you qualify for a payout.

  • In that email, we’ll request 2 items we need to process your payment:

    • A completed W-9 Form (for tax reporting purposes)

    • Your direct deposit information (via a secure Bill.com link we’ll send)

Note: If you’ve already provided these details in the past, you won't need to resubmit unless your information has changed.

When You’ll Get Paid:

Once you qualify and submit your W-9, and direct deposit is set up:

  • You can expect to receive your $1,500 payout within 15 business days after we have received all the required information.

  • Total expected time: ~45 days from when your referral purchases RepeatMD.

  • You will be paid via direct deposit through Bill.com to the banking information you provide.

Important Reminders:

  • If we don’t receive your W-9 and direct deposit setup, your payout will be delayed until we have all the necessary documents.

  • Cancellations or platform deactivations within the 30-day buffer may impact eligibility.

  • You’ll receive an email at every important step, so you’re always in the loop!
