The RepeatMD Referral Partner Program lets you earn $1,500 per successful referral by connecting aesthetic, wellness, and cash-pay healthcare practices to RepeatMD. You also earn raffle entries for the grand prize giveaway.
This article is for referral partners — consultants, industry insiders, existing customers, and anyone with connections to practice owners. This is not a practice admin article.

Have your referral’s name, practice, and contact information ready.

A structured referral process increases your chances of a successful introduction — and a payout. RepeatMD handles scheduling and demo follow-up once you make the intro.
How to refer (3 steps)
Step 1: Send an email introduction
Email your referral and CC hello@repeatmd.com. Use one of the templates in Referral partner email templates (Referral Partner) or the script below.
Step 2: RepeatMD handles scheduling
Once CC’d, the RepeatMD team follows up with your referral to schedule a demo.
Step 3: Track your referral
Monitor status in your partner dashboard. See Referral Partner Program Terms and Conditions (Referral Partner) for status definitions.

Eligibility
For a referral to qualify for payout:
Your referral must purchase RepeatMD (any tier).
Their platform must complete onboarding and go live, which requires a 30-day buffer period after purchase.
The referral must meet qualification criteria in the Terms and Conditions (not already in the sales process, not referred by another partner, etc.).
Payment timeline
Stage | What happens |
Referral purchases RepeatMD | 30-day buffer period begins |
Buffer period completes | You receive an email confirming payout eligibility |
W-9 and direct deposit | RepeatMD requests a completed W-9 and direct deposit info (via secure Bill.com link) |
Payout processed | $1,500 deposited within 15 business days after all documents received |
Total expected time | ~45 days from purchase to payout |
Important:
If you have already submitted W-9 and direct deposit info, you do not need to resubmit unless your information changed.
Cancellations or platform deactivations during the 30-day buffer may impact eligibility.
Delays in providing W-9 or direct deposit setup will delay your payout.
