Overview

You can now create and send Custom Plans to patients without a RepeatMD account. This means patients can view their Custom Plan instantly, without needing to sign up first. They’ll only be asked to create an account at checkout, making the process smoother for everyone.

This update is designed to streamline consultations, boost patient sign-ups, and improve the overall experience.

Why This Matters

With this update, you can:

  • Simplify the consultation process by removing sign-up barriers

  • Drive more patient sign-ups through a natural, value-first flow

  • Deliver a better experience by letting patients see their plan upfront

Plus Improved Patient Experience

We’ve also upgraded how patients view their Custom Plans:

Before: Clicking the link dropped patients into the cart, not the plan.

Now: They’re taken directly to the plan details page for a smoother review experience.

Other new updates:

The plan’s creation date is now visible

The staff person who created the plan is shown
