How to Schedule a Meeting With Your Customer Success Manager

Your Customer Success Manager (CSM) is here to support your practice and help you get the most out of RepeatMD. You can schedule either a Group Training Session or a 1-on-1 Private Session through your RepeatMD Admin Panel.

How to Access Meeting Options

  1. Log in to your Admin Panel

  2. Click the “?” icon in the bottom-right corner.

  3. Select “Send a message.”

  4. Choose 💻 “Meet with my Success Rep.”

From here, you’ll see options for Group Training Sessions and instructions for 1-on-1 meetings.


Group Training Sessions

You can book a recurring Group Training Session directly through this option. Topics include:

  • Team Training

  • Sell More Memberships

  • Sign Ups Into Sales

  • Promotions with RepeatMD

  • V3 Training Sessions (new features such as MyProducts, SkinDrop, Gift Cards, Referral Rewards, Adonis AI, and Patient Onboarding Flow)


1-on-1 Private Sessions

If you’d like a private meeting with your CSM, you’ll need to email them directly.

To find their email:

  1. After selecting 💻 “Meet with my Success Rep”

  2. You’ll see your assigned CSM’s email address.

  3. Send them a message to request and confirm your 1-on-1 session.
