  • Admin’s Shop Summary Report: To check whether a patient’s payment was successfully received, use the Admin Panel’s Shop Summary: Open the Shop Summary within your Admin Panel. Filter the report by entering the patient's name in the search bar. Check the results. If the transaction appears in the report, the payment was successfully processed.

This feature ensures you're able to confirm incoming payments easily and transparently.

Investigating Applied Discounts

To find information about discounts or promo codes a patient used during their purchase:

  • Shop Summary: Open the Shop Summary in your Admin Panel and scroll down to Transactions. Type in the patient's name in the search bar and review the transaction line - under the Discounts and Promo Codes columns, you can see how much of a discount was applied to the transaction and which promo code was used.

  • Redemption Report: Additionally, you can check the Redemption Report in your Admin Panel. Open the Redemption Report in your Admin Panel and scroll down to the Redemptions List and search the patient's name. You will be able to see all of that patient's redemptions and review the discount redemption associated with their purchase.

These steps help provide clarity on discounts applied and ensure transparency in reward or credit utilization.
