What Happens on Your Deactivation Date
When your platform is deactivated, the following occur automatically:
All future scheduled SMS messages are canceled
All active patient memberships are canceled - your patients will receive an email notification
You lose access to your RepeatMD admin panel and all reports
Your patients lose access to their rewards app
Note: You will still receive year-end tax documents from RepeatMD if you meet the reporting threshold, regardless of your deactivation date. Make sure your contact information in Stripe is current.
Steps to Take Before Your Deactivation Date
1. Download Your Reports
Go to your Admin Panel → Reports and download any data you want to keep. Once your platform is deactivated, you will no longer be able to access this information.
2. Review Active Memberships and Unredeemed Rewards
Go to your Membership Report and identify any patients with active memberships. Then, look up each patient in their Patient Profile to check for unredeemed rewards.
You may need to address these rewards directly with patients before their access ends — either by honoring them, communicating an expiration, or issuing an alternative.
3. Notify Your Patients via SMS Blast
Go to Admin Panel → SMS Blast and send a message to your patient list letting them know their access to the rewards app will be ending.
Keep the message clear and direct:
What is ending
When it ends
Any next steps they should take (e.g., redeeming remaining rewards)
5. Verify Your Stripe Express Dashboard
Log in to your Stripe Express Dashboard and confirm your contact information — particularly your mailing address and email — is up to date. This ensures you receive any year-end tax documentation without delays.
