Creating a Custom Plan with Ageless

Turn a client's recommended treatments into a priced, purchasable plan sent directly to them.

Overview

Custom Plans let you turn an Ageless AI treatment recommendation into a ready-to-purchase plan for your client. From a contact's details page, you can build a plan with the recommended treatments, set your own price and expiration, and send it directly to the client.

Custom Plans are available to practices using both Ageless and RepeatMD.


Why It Matters

A consult recommendation only drives revenue if the client can act on it. Custom Plans close that gap — you package the recommended treatments into a priced offer and get it in front of the client while interest is high. You control the price, what's included, and how long the offer stands.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open the contact's details page in Ageless.

  2. Click Create Custom Plan in the top right.

  3. Select the client. Search existing clients by name or phone number, or click + Create a new client.

  4. Enter a Plan Name (e.g., Jessica's Treatment Plan).

  5. Review What's Included. This field auto-fills with the client's Ageless recommended treatment plan. Add, remove, or edit treatments as needed.

  6. Set the Plan Expiration and Price.

  7. Select a Sales Tax Code. The default, Auto-assign by item type, picks a sensible tax code automatically. Choose a specific code if your practice requires one.

  8. Click Create and send Custom Plan. The plan is sent directly to the client.


Best Practices & Pro Tips

  • Review the auto-filled treatments before sending. The recommended plan is a starting point — adjust it to match what you discussed during the consult.

  • Set an expiration date to create urgency. A clear deadline encourages clients to act rather than wait.

  • Name the plan for the client. A personalized name (e.g., "Anton's Treatment Plan") makes the offer feel tailored, not templated.


FAQs

I don't see the Create Custom Plan button.

Custom Plans require an active RepeatMD account. If your practice uses Ageless only, contact your CEM to learn more.

Can the client see everything I enter?

Yes. All Plan Details — the name, included treatments, price, and expiration — are visible to the client receiving the plan.

Which sales tax code should I use?

For most practices, the default Auto-assign by item type is the right choice.
