Add your website and social links (Admin Panel)

Learn how to add your practice website, Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok so patients can reach you directly from your Patient App.

Overview

You can save your public website and social links in the Admin Panel. Once saved, they appear on the Connect with us card on your Patient App home screen — social icons above your address, and your website as a tappable link alongside your phone and email.

If you also use Ageless, the same links appear in a Visit Us section on the patient's assessment results screen. You enter them once, in one place.

Blank fields are hidden, so patients only see the channels you actually use.

Before You Start

Why It Matters

Your app is where patients already book, buy, and check their rewards. Adding your links:

  • Gives patients your website next to your address, phone, and email

  • Drives app users to follow you socially, where your promotions and content live

  • Carries over automatically to Ageless results if you use it

How It Works

You add the links once in Admin, and they save automatically. On the Patient App home screen, they appear in the Connect with us card:

  • Social icons — Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok show as a row of icons under your practice image or logo

  • Website — appears as a text link with your address, email, and phone

Links open in a browser window from the app, so patients don't lose their place. Empty fields do not render, and the icon row is hidden entirely if you have not added any social links.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to your Admin Panel.

  2. Open Settings -> Brand.

  3. If you do not see Brand in your navigation, open App Builder -> Home instead.

  4. Find the Social Links section.

  5. Paste the full URL for each channel you use: Website, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok.

  6. Click out of the field. Your links save automatically — there is no separate Save button.

Check the patient view

  1. Open your Patient App and go to the home screen.

  2. Scroll to the Connect with us card.

  3. Confirm your social icons appear and each opens the right page, and that your website shows with your address, phone, and email.

If you have Ageless, run a test assessment and confirm the Visit Us links appear below the booking button on the results screen.

Best Practices

  • Use the full https:// URL, not an @handle or a partial address.

  • Add only the channels you actively post on. A dead Facebook page is worse than no icon.

  • Use the same Instagram you promote in your bio and in-office signage so patients see one consistent handle.

  • If you rebrand or change a handle, update it here so the app stays current.

  • Update it once and you are done. There is no app republish or re-submission needed.

FAQs

Q: Do I have to fill in every field?

A: No. Only add the channels you use. Blank fields are hidden from patients.

Q: Where do patients see these?

A: On the Connect with us card on your Patient App home screen. If you use Ageless, they also appear as Visit Us on assessment results.

Q: I added links but don't see the Connect with us card at all.

A: That card only appears when your location has an address, email, or phone number saved. Add your location contact details under Settings -> Locations, and the card — with your social icons — will appear.

Q: I don't see Settings -> Brand in my navigation.

A: Use App Builder -> Home and look for the Social Links section. Same fields, same data.

Q: Can I add LinkedIn, YouTube, or Pinterest?

A: Not in this release. Website, Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok are supported today.

Q: Do I need to republish my app or wait for an update?

A: No. Links go live shortly after they save.

Q: Do patients leave the app when they tap a link?

A: The link opens in a browser window and they can return to the app.
