Overview
Every RepeatMD practice now has its own Link in Bio page — one link that always shows your current booking options, welcome offer, live Promotions, and Discover content. Put it in your Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook bio, your email signature, or anywhere else you share a single link, and it updates itself automatically as your Discover Cards and Promotions change.
Why It Matters
Tools like Linktree solve the "one link for everything" problem, but they go stale — someone has to remember to update them every time a promotion ends or a new one starts. Your RepeatMD Link in Bio page never goes stale, because it isn't a separate thing you maintain. It's generated from the same Discover Cards and Promotions you're already building in your Admin Panel, so the moment a Promotion goes live or a Discover Card is added, your Link in Bio page reflects it — with no extra step.
What's on Your Link in Bio Page
The page pulls together everything a patient needs to take action, in one scrollable mobile page:
Booking — a Book an appointment button (or Book at / Call buttons per location, with a location switcher if you have more than one).
Join the app — a bar promoting your app download, including your welcome offer when you have one (for example, "Claim $25 when you join").
Offers — your currently live Offers, with pricing, discounts, and end dates.
Discover content — your active Discover Cards, the same cards patients see on the Discover page in your app.
Shop — quick links into treatments, products, and gift cards.
Your website and social links, and, when if offer it, an Ageless AI link.
Everything on the page reflects what's live right now — there's no separate content to write or design.
Customizing Your Link
You can change the part of the link after rpt.md/ to something more recognizable — your practice's name instead of a random string, for instance.
Go to Platform Settings → Links and find Link to link in bio.
Click Customize.
Enter a new ending: 3–50 characters, letters, numbers, dashes, or underscores, starting with a letter or number.
The change saves immediately and separately from the rest of your settings — you don't need to save the whole Settings page for it to take effect. If the ending you want is already taken, you'll be asked to try a different one.
Controlling What Shows Up
Your Link in Bio page is automatic by design, but you have one control: each Discover Card has a Show on link in bio toggle in its editor, on by default. Turning it off keeps that card visible on your in-app Discover page but leaves it off your public Link in Bio page — useful for a card that only makes sense inside the app (or to a signed-in patient) but wouldn't make sense to a stranger clicking in from Instagram.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Copy and share your link
In your Admin Panel, open the Discover or Promotions page.
Find the Link in Bio banner at the top of the page.
Click Copy link, then paste it into your Instagram/TikTok/Facebook bio or anywhere else you want it.
(Optional) Click Download QR to save a scannable QR code version for print materials or in-office signage.
Your link is a short rpt.md link (for example, rpt.md/yourpractice)
Hide a Discover Card from the page
Open the Discover Card in the card editor.
Turn off Show on link in bio.
Save the card. It stays on your in-app Discover page but drops off your public Link in Bio page.
Best Practices
Set it once, forget it. Put the rpt.md link in your Instagram/TikTok/Facebook bio one time — you never need to swap it out for a new promotion again.
Print the QR code on in-office materials — receipts, table tents, checkout signage — so in-person patients get the same up-to-date offers as your social followers.
Only hide a Discover Card from Link in Bio if it's genuinely something a first-time visitor from Instagram shouldn't see — the page is public, with no login required.
FAQs
Q: Do I need to build or design anything for my Link in Bio page?
A: No. It's generated automatically from your active Discover Cards and live Promotions. There's no separate builder.
Q: Do patients need the app or an account to view it?
A: No. It's a public web page — anyone with the link can view it, no login or app download required.
Q: Can I change the order of what appears on the page, or add something custom?
A: Not currently. The page mirrors your live Discover Cards and Promotions automatically. The one manual control is hiding an individual Discover Card with its Show on link in bio toggle.
Q: What happens if I don't have any active Promotions or Discover Cards?
A: Your page still works and still shows booking, your app download bar, your welcome offer (if you have one), your shop, and your website/social links — the Offers and Discover sections just won't have anything in them until you add content.
