This guide is to help you understand the different asset formats and sizes for your RepeatMD app.

Branding and personalization

Business Logo

Your logo is the key identifier in-app that visually connects your clients to your business. Logo's should be the same logo you use across your other channels, and align with the rest of the in-app collateral.

Best Practices:

  1. Use a transparent background

  2. Use a horizontal version of your logo

  3. Unless part of your design, do not place your logo into a colored shape

Dimensions:

  1. Minimum height: 366px

  2. Max file size: 1MB

  1. PNG

  2. PSD

Having issues resizing your logo? Contact your onboarding team member or CSS to help you ensure your logo is optimized correctly so you can maximize its impact.

Icons:

Favicon

Dimensions:

  • File size: 32 x 32px

File type:

  • PNG

iOS Icon

Dimensions:

  • File size: 180 x 180px

File type:

  • PNG

Android Icon

Dimensions:

  • File size: 120 x 120px

File type:

  • PNG

Primary app color

The brand color you choose is important because it is a direct representation of your business branding.

To ensure that both your branding needs are met and legibility is supported, you will work with your onboarding team member.

Formats include: RGB, HSL, or HEX

💡Pro tip:

Because your brand color is used as the background color AND font color in different areas on the app, the font color when your brand color is the background will always stay white.


Home Screen

Hero Image

As a marketing tactic, hero images give a first glimpse into your business or what you're offering with prominent placement in your app.

Best Practices:

  1. Use an image from your website or social channels

  2. Try to avoid using extremely detailed or patterned images so you can clearly read the text placement

Dimensions:

  1. File: 1302 x 1170px

  2. Max size: 2MB

Connect with us

Connect with us is a section on your homepage where the user can review basic information about your business. By default, the image will populate as your business logo, however, you can change this to be more representative of the location.

  1. Use an image that represents the location

  1. File: 1170 x 600px

  2. Max size: 2MB

Discover

Discover Campaign Cards:

The Discover page was designed to share whatever information you think will be impactful or interesting to your clients. You can set up content cards that link out to your Google reviews site, booking software, or blog.

Best Practices

  1. Keep images as simple as possible

  2. The cards have a title and description section, so please avoid duplicating that in the image itself

Dimensions:

  1. File: 1074 x 606px

  2. Max size: 2MB

  3. This will automatically resize to fit the dimensions that show up in your special offers carousels around the app

Special and Automated Offer Campaign Cards:

When creating a Special or Automated Offer, you will also create a Discover card. You will use the dimensions above:

Dimensions:

  1. File: 1074 x 606px

  2. Max size: 2MB

  3. This will automatically resize to fit the dimensions that show up in your special offers carousels around the app

File Type:

  1. JPG

Home Screen Carousel Image:

Additionally, the Offers will populate in a carousel on your Home screen.

The image you upload for the Special or Automated Offer will automatically resize to fit the dimensions in this placement as well.

Should the user click into one of these offers, they will be directed to the campaign card in the Discover screen.

Shop - Browse

Hero Image

When your clients is browsing your shop, there will be a hero image at the top of the screen. This image is prime placement to help promote a specific treatment, package, or membership you offer.

By default, this will set to link out to your best selling item on your app, however, you are able to change this to promote any treatment, package, or membership you wish.

Best Practices:

  1. Try to avoid using extremely detailed or patterned images so you can clearly read the text placement

Dimensions:

  1. File: 1170 x 1080px

  2. Max size: 2MB

Category thumbnail images

The Browse tab on your Shop is categorized content designed to guide users to specific Shop filter. As the user scrolls down, they will see the list of the categories accompanied by thumbnail images to help keep the app elevated and the user engaged.

Best Practices

  1. For each category, the thumbnail should match the header image within each

  2. If you change this image, you must chance the corresponding thumbnail image to match (Section below)

Category header images

The Browse tab on your Shop is categorized content designed to direct your clients to specific Shop filters. These different areas on browse can be whatever you want, but they come with thumbnail images to help keep the app elevated and the user engaged.

Best Practices

  1. Try to avoid using extremely detailed or patterned images so you can clearly read the text placement

  2. If you change this image, you must chance the corresponding thumbnail image to match (Section above)

Shop - Services

Treatments and Packages - Imagery

The Browse tab on your Shop is categorized content designed to direct your clients to specific Shop filters. These different areas on browse can be whatever you want, but they come with thumbnail images to help keep the app elevated and the user engaged.

Best Practices

  1. When possible, show imagery of a client or model receiving the treatment so the image can start to educate your client

  2. Avoid using imagery that show the more painful elements to a treatment

  3. Ensure the image aligns aesthetically with the other imagery you are using for your treatments and packages

  1. File: 1074 x 804px

  2. Max size: 2MB

Membership - Imagery

The imagery that you upload for your Memberships serve a similar purpose as above. You want to attract the user to click in and learn more.

Best Practices:

  1. Membership offerings vary, so we recommend showing aspirational imagery rather than focusing on a particular treatment (Unless the membership offering is treatment-specific i.e. Tox Membership)
