Understanding the layout and functionality of your Patient Rewards app

In this document, you will get a tour of your new Patient Rewards app and how to use each screen to its fullest potential.

The design of the Patient Rewards the goal is always to limit any potential friction that could prevent your patients from making a purchase.

Home screen

Home is the first look a patient gets into your practice on RepeatMD and is designed with shoppable elements to help guide the patient to making a purchase.

In your Admin Panel, you can edit your branding including your color, logo, hero image, and hero image copy.

Additionally, you can format the order in which your memberships populate as well as your special offers. This will stay consistent across the app.


Discover

Discover on your app serves a similar purpose to that of a practice bulletin board. Here is where you can create and manage your cards to drive an action:

  • Leaving a review or booking an appointment

  • Provide educational content, like explaining a new treatment offering

  • Lastly, cards will automatically be generated for your Special or Automated Offers

Browse

The Browse screen in shop has a similar layout to your home screen as repetition is a best practice of eCommerce. We want patients to be confident when using the app, no matter where they are in their journey.

Memberships, treatments, and packages

Memberships, treatments, and packages are the filtered tabs for the services and memberships you offer on on your app.

Additional highlights:

Specialized marketing tags to reduce search times and friction.

Tag the applicable concerns to your treatments to make it easier for your patients to find what they might be looking for.

Organically upsell patients to enroll in memberships.

We will always promote the benefits of purchasing a membership versus a one-off treatment or package by auto-calculating the cost savings for your clients and giving them the option to enroll at the same time.

Upsell patients to purchase relevant packages.

Every treatment that is included in packages, will have those packages listed at the bottom of the treatment page to seamlessly promote purchasing a package to help achieve their goals versus purchasing a one-off treatment.

Bundled Pricing

You can encourage your patients to purchase more treatments or services at once with "bundled pricing" or "bundled quantities".

Curated packages to achieve best results

Packages allow you to combine different quantities of treatment(s) for your patients to purchase what will provide them the ultimate results.

Easily redeem individual treatments within a package

Automatically lists out what is included and will be easily available in the client's account to redeem at any point.

Help set expectations with your patients using customizable pre and post-care cards.

You can provide full insight into what your patients can expect pre, post and during their appointment by including the customizable expectation cards when building your treatments.

This helps your patients educate themselves on what they can expect when prepping, getting, and recovering from the particular service.

Incentivize sign-ups and membership loyalty.

Offer sign-up and milestone bonuses within a membership to encourage more enrollments and thank them for their loyalty.

Rewards

More ways to earn AND redeem.

Rewards will always provide value to your patients driving more engagement and conversions.

Earn rewards by checking in for appointments AND making in-app purchases.
Rewards are ultimately tracked by dollars, so during onboarding you setup a visit value that applies a dollar amount to a check-in. Once a patient hits a specific dollar spend or check-in amount, they will unlock the next reward.

Now with RepeatCash every reward is valuable and exciting!
​Patients can easily convert unlocked rewards into dollars to bank for later or spend towards their next in-app purchase.

They can easily view their available RepeatCash in their account or on their Rewards screen and easily apply it to their purchase during check out.

Now your patients have even more ways to redeem their rewards by applying it to their next purchase, or scanning to redeem for something at your practice.

With RepeatCash, every reward is valuable to every patient. Showing this transparency will help drive engagement in your rewards program.

Refer a friend:

​To drive patient acquisition, you can offer a reward to new patients who sign up using another patient's link.

Note: Right now, the referring patient will not see a reward for referring a friend. Only the friend that was referred will unlock a reward upon sign-up. Customizing this experience will change with future updates.
