Canceling a membership for a patient

Follow the steps below to guide you in canceling a membership for an enrolled member:

  1. Log into your Admin Panel

  2. Click on the ‘Client profiles’ tab on the left-side of your screen

  3. You can search, filter, or scroll to identify the patient your are looking for. You can filter by clicking on the list categories on the top of your patient list

  4. Click the 3-dot menu to the right of their name to and select 'View full client profile'

  5. Scroll down to find the clients Membership information and click into the membership you wish to cancel on their behalf.

  6. Click on the red Cancel Membership now button on the bottom right of the screen and confirm the action in the pop-up.

    Note: Once you cancel the membership, the client will have access to their benefits until their next renewal date.

  7. Once the client's membership is cancelled, you will both receive email confirmation directly.
