Redeeming on behalf of a user

When managing your patients on your Admin Panel, you can now redeem the following on their behalf:

  1. Treatments and Packages

  2. Unlocked Rewards

  3. Available monthly Membership Treatments

  4. Available Special and Automated offers

Redeem a Treatment or Package

Follow the steps below to redeem a Treatment or Package on behalf of your patient:

1. Click 'Clients' on the left nav of your Admin Panel

2. Find the patient

3. Click into their profile and select 'View app as your client' in the upper right of your screen

4. You are now able to navigate the app as your patient. Notice the top of your screen 'Logged in as patient name'

5. Go to Account

6. Redeem the treatment or package listed on their account!

When redeeming treatment(s) from a package, click into the package and select 'Redeem Now'. It will then direct you to a screen to select which treatment(s) you are redeeming at that time.


Redeem an Unlocked Reward

Follow the steps below to redeem an unlocked Reward on behalf of your patient:

1. Click 'Clients' on the left nav of your Admin Panel

2. Find the patient

3. Click into their profile and select 'View app as your client' in the upper right of your screen

4. You are now able to navigate the app as your patient. Notice the top of your screen 'Logged in as patient name'

5. Go to Rewards

6. Click the Reward you would like to redeem

7. If the Reward is an in-app Reward, you will need to add it to the cart and click checkout.

This will only work if the Reward is a free treatment. If it's a percentage off, your patient will have to be with you to complete the purchase and provide you their credit card.

7b. If the Reward is an in-office Reward, you will just get confirmation the treatment has been redeemed.


Redeem the complimentary monthly Membership Treatment

Follow the steps below to redeem the complimentary monthly Membership Treatment on behalf of your patient:

1. Click 'Clients' on the left nav of your Admin Panel

2. Find the patient

3. Click into their profile and select 'View app as your client' in the upper right of your screen

4. You are now able to navigate the app as your patient. Notice the top of your screen 'Logged in as patient name'

5. Go to Account

6. Click Memberships in the top nav

7. Click 'View' next to you have X treatments available

8. Click 'Select your treatment' at the bottom of the screen
9. Click the Treatment to redeem and 'Select treatment' at the bottom of the screen

10. Click 'View treatments'

11. The membership treatment will populate at the top of the treatments tab

12. Click into the treatment and click 'Redeem Now'
