Overview
Admin Panel access uses passwordless email authentication. You start from your practice’s Patient Rewards app login screen, enter the email on your admin account, and open a secure link sent to that inbox. No separate Admin Panel password is required.
This article is for practice owners, managers, and staff who need desktop access to manage patients, catalog, reports, and settings.
Before You Start
Use a desktop or laptop browser. The Admin Panel is not supported on mobile devices.
You can access the admin panel by using this URL in your browser: admin.repeatmd.app
Your email must be added to your practice’s Staff Directory with an assigned role. See Manage staff members and permissions (Admin Panel).
Log in with the exact email address on your staff account. Usernames are no longer supported.

A consistent login flow keeps your practice secure and reduces lockouts:
Secure Magic links do not require passwords and lower the risk of shared or weak passwords on admin accounts.
Staff Directory enforcement ensures only authorized team members receive login emails.
Desktop access gives your team the full Admin Panel layout for catalog, reports, and settings work.
How It Works
Where login starts. Open the admin panel URL (admin.repeatmd.app ) in a browser.
Email verification. Enter the email associated with your admin account. The system sends a secure login email to that address. You must use the same email listed in Staff Directory.
Secure Magic link expiry. For security, the login link expires 20 minutes after it arrives. If it expires, return to the login screen and repeat the email step to request a new link.
Desktop requirement. Complete the login flow on a desktop or laptop. The Admin Panel layout and tools are not optimized for phones or tablets.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Log in from your app URL
Open admin.repeatmd.app URL in a desktop browser.
Enter the email address associated with your admin account.
Switch to your email inbox on the same or another device.
Open the secure login email from RepeatMD.
Click the link in the email to open your Admin Panel.
Request a new link if yours expired
Return to your practice’s app login screen.
Click Admin again.
Re-enter your email address.
Open the new secure login email and click the link within 20 minutes.
Best Practices and Pro Tips
Confirm your email with an administrator before your first login if you are unsure which address is on file.
Check spam and promotions folders before requesting multiple login emails. Too many rapid requests can slow delivery.
Bookmark your app URL on each admin workstation so staff do not hunt for the link.

Complete login on desktop even if you started from a phone browser. The Admin Panel is not supported on mobile.

Q: I entered my email but never received a login email. What should I do?

Q: Can RepeatMD send me a login link manually?
A: No. Login emails are generated automatically when you submit your email on the login screen. Your email must be registered in Staff Directory.
Q: How long is the login link valid?
A: 20 minutes from when the email arrives. Request a new link if yours expires.
Q: Can I log in on my phone?
A: You can start the login flow on a phone, but the Admin Panel itself must be used on a desktop or laptop browser.
Q: Which email should I use?
A: The exact email your administrator added to Staff Directory. If you have access to multiple platforms, use the same email across all of them.
Q: I used to log in with a username. What changed?
A: RepeatMD now requires the email address registered to your account. Contact your administrator or support@repeatmd.com if you need your email updated.
