If your email isn’t added to the Staff Directory in the Admin Panel, the system won’t send a login code. Ask an account administrator to confirm your email is added correctly.

Step-by-Step Troubleshooting
1. Check your email folders
Look in your Inbox, Spam, Junk, and any filtered folders (Promotions, Updates, etc.).
If you don’t see the email, return to the login screen and request a new login code.
2. Confirm your email is registered
Verify you’re logging in with the email listed in your practice’s Staff Directory.
