Retention Offer:

Retention offers are sent to a patient when they have not checked in to your app in a specific period of time, for example, when a patient hasn’t checked in in 60 days.

These offers are designed to prevent patients from becoming “lost patients”, or in other words keeps your patients visiting your business instead of your competition.

Sent immediately when a patient meets the retention offer requirements.

#2 - Retention Offer Reminder Text

 Loyalty Offer:

Loyalty offers are sent to patients when they have checked in to your app multiple times in a specific period of time. These offers are intended to reward your patients who visit you the most.

Birthday Offer:

These offers are sent to your patients on their birthday to encourage additional purchases from your business.

Rewards Offer:

When a patient signs up for your app, they unlock your signup reward. This reward creates excitement for your patient and also encourages them to visit your business sooner.
