Automated offers are the offers that are specific to retention, loyalty, and birthdays and can easily be created in your Admin Panel to promote a discount to an audience that fits into specific perimeters depending on the offer type.
Messages are sent at noon in a medspa location’s timezone based on the user’s medspa location.
Below you'll find the pre-set copy per each offer type for reference!
Retention Offer:
A user receives an SMS message on they day they receive the automated offer
[Medspa Name]: [Client First Name], you've just earned a new offer! Click to view: [medspa url]. Valid thru: [Expiration Date]. Reply STOP to Opt-Out.
Note: If an automated offer is not claimed, a user receives a follow-up message 2 days before it expires:
[Medspa Name]: Oh no! You only have 2 days before you lose your complimentary offer! Claim here: [medspa URL]. Reply STOP to Opt-Out.
Loyalty Offer:
A user receives an SMS message the day after they have met the loyalty criteria
[Medspa Name]: Hey [Client First Name], thank you for being a loyal customer! Here’s a gift to show our appreciation. Tap to view: [medspa URL]. Reply STOP to Opt-Out.
Note: If an offer is not claimed, a user receives a follow-up message 2 days before the automated offer expires:
[Medspa Name]: Hurry! Your complimentary gift from us expires in two days! Click here to claim: [medspa URL]. Reply STOP to Opt-Out.
Birthday Offer:
A user receives 1 SMS on their birthday.
