Easily communicate to your patients via SMS with SMS Blast in the MedCommerce Engine on Admin Panel.
To send an SMS Blast...
1. Log into your Admin Dashboard.
2. Navigate to MedCommerce Engine section on the left-side of your screen.
3. Click on ‘SMS Blast'.
4. Click the green lighting bolt in the top right of your screen and select 'Create SMS blast'.
5. Type in the message you would like to send.
💡We do not currently support audience segmentation so this message will go out to all of your app users that have opted into your SMS program.
6. You can auto populate your shortened link with or without a 'call to action' or CTA- to link without a CTA, select the last option 'None'.
💡These short links have been added to your account by your CSS or during onboarding. If you do not see this option, please contact Support to add them on your behalf!
7. Create an internal campaign name that is easy for you and your team to identify.
8. Select the valid location(s) you would like this message to be sent to if you are a multi-location practice.
9. You can chose to send the message now or schedule for a later day/time.
10. Check out your message preview and provide your phone number to receive a test message test.
11. Once you have confirmed the SMS is ready to send, click 'Schedule' in the bottom right of your screen.
