Before you get started, make sure you have the custom URL for your Patient Rewards app to access on the web. You can get this from your Client Success Specialist if you haven't already!
Follow the step-by-step instructions to log into your Admin Panel successfully:
1. From your app's log in screen, select Admin in the bottom right of your screen.
2. Type in the email that is associated with your account.
💡 This must be the email associated with your account. If you are unsure which email to log in with, please notify your onboarding or customer success specialist.
3. Switch to your computer to access a link that was sent to the email you provided.
💡 Your Admin Panel is not supported on mobile devices. For the best user experience, please access this from your desktop or laptop.
4. Click on the secure link to be directed to your Admin Panel.
💡 If you do not receive it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
💡 For security reasons, this link will expire within 20 mins it reaches your inbox. If you do not access it before those 20 mins, you will need to repeat steps 1 and 2.
