Drive patient sign-ups in office
Updated over a week ago

Curious about how your patients sign up for your RepeatMD app? This article explains how you can easily incorporate your new app into your patient's experience.

💡Pro tip: Checking in on the app is mandatory.

Make your RepeatMD app part of the check-in process for your patients.

For example: Every aesthetics practice is different, but typically there is some sort of housekeeping or forms that need to be completed prior to meeting with one of your Doctors.

After the forms are completed, your receptionist can easily prompt them to scan the QR code. Explain to them what they are signing up for, and how the importance of checking in for every appointment.

Example script:

"We are so excited to have you with us today! To check you in properly, please scan this QR Code for our exclusive mobile app. Once you sign up, you can discover treatments, join exclusive membership programs, access practice updates, make purchases, and earn rewards."

💡Chris Balbi pro tip: The only way clients at Meesha Aesthetics can purchase a package or enroll in a membership is through their RepeatMD app. His front desk script always asks if the client has any packages or memberships their team should be made aware of. If they do, they have the app and can sign right in. If they don't, the front desk will introduce them to the app.
