Chris Balbi is Co-Owner and Operational Manager of Meesha Aesthetics and has been using RepeatMD at his practice since March of 2023.

Below are his 5 steps to driving 1,000 patient sign-ups in the first 90 days of launching his Meesha+ App.

Step 1: Create exclusivity by offering “early access” to select VIPs, and find a way to record what they think!

Chris reached out to a few loyal customers and had them download the app first. He asked them what they though via text and shared those across his social channels...

Step 2: Create FOMO by sharing screenshots of their text reactions all over social media.

Naturally, Chris's followers went CRAZY! They had no idea what these text messages were about, but they wanted in.

Step 3: Create a sense of urgency with an attractive, limited-time launch offer.

With his launch, Meesha Aesthetics offered $50 off their patients first in-app purchase. The catch? This was only available for the first 30 days of launch. His patients had to act fast to take advantage. Now Meesha Aesthetics has a consistent welcome off of $25 off their first in-app purchase.

Step 4: Create awareness by tying app benefits into your social media strategy.

Chris runs social for Meesha Aesthetics and dedicates 1 week every month to posts that somehow relate back to their Meesha+ App. He'll do a day explaining their rewards program, Memberships and how they work, why buying packages is more beneficial, etc.

Step 5: Create good habits in your practice to seamlessly educated clients about your app.

Chris has his front staff always ask clients if they ‘have packages or memberships they should be aware of’ prior to checking in for the appointment. Clients who don’t know will ask about packages and memberships effortlessly being introduced to the app.

Chris also makes sure his team is fully brought up to speed on everything including upcoming promotions, the benefits of memberships and packages, and the benefits of using the app in general so they can confidently speak to it, educate patients on it, and answer any questions that come up.
