This feature is great if your trying to get your memberships off the ground, or trying to boost enrollment numbers. Below we share some creative ideas and inspiration for offering different incentives to promote membership enrollments.

Offer a gift with enrollment with a sign-up bonus
Why this works: Discounting is great when used in moderation. Excessive discounting can diminish the perceived value of your practice and sometimes reduce profitability. A sign-up bonus is a great way to incentivize your patients to enroll in your memberships without having to offer a discount.
You can keep the sign-up bonus vague and just note it as a complimentary skincare item of their choosing OR you can list out specific items you'd like to offer them as an option.
How can I delete a sign-up bonus after the promotion is over?
Go to your memberships in the app builder and find the membership you want to edit
You'll have the option to edit for existing and new members or just edit for new members
If you want to remove the sign-up bonuses from new members that have not yet redeemed them, you can click the option to edit for new and existing
If you want to only remove it for future enrollments, you can select the option to only affect net new members.
Again, it will not remove any sign-up bonuses from your current members if you choose this option
Scroll down to the sign-up bonus, and click 'Delete' above the button to add a sign-up bonus
