As of 11/13/2024, Resimplifi has released the following features for Associate™.
Major Additions/Features
Users are now restricted to two or less primary types for property types
For properties that have been created in the past, this will not affect those listings.
The purpose of doing this is to improve data quality and user searches.
Minor Additions/Features
Address search bar results limited to CARNM location(s) coverage
Any addresses that are included within CARNM map coverage will populate
Addresses in other states/areas will not be included
Inline status change feature within My Listings tab
Users will now be able to quickly change the status of the listing without opening the complete "Edit Listing" page
Option to add or remove broker contact information or original listing attachment information on Report Creation/Edit page
With a checkbox, users can now customize their reports even more. Broker contact info and original listing attachments can be shown or disabled within the web Report links.
