We've continued building on the Associate experience with new tools designed to make creating listings faster, researching properties easier, and sharing information with clients more effective.
This release introduces one of our biggest workflow improvements yet: AI-powered listing creation from source documents, along with new ways to explore search results, expanded reporting tools, and improvements throughout the platform.
Create Listings with AI
Creating a listing in Associate is now faster with our new AI-powered listing creation workflow.
Instead of entering every detail manually, upload existing property materials and Associate will use them to build a listing draft for you. From the initial Create Listing screen, instead of entering an address just click on Create with AI:
You can upload multiple source documents, or optionally type in a description:
Associate can identify and organize information including:
Property details
Sale and lease information
Available lease spaces
Parcel information
Property descriptions and other source content
Once your documents have been processed, you can review the information found, make any necessary changes, and continue through the normal listing workflow before publishing.
The goal is simple: spend less time re-entering information that already exists in your marketing materials and more time working with your listings and clients.
We’ve also improved how source information is handled throughout the process, including better preservation of property descriptions, clearer source-document selection, and additional guidance when information needs to be reviewed.
Expanded Points of Interest Reports
Points of Interest reporting has been expanded to provide more context around a property and its surrounding area. When you're generating a PDF, just scroll down to include:
Reports can include nearby restaurants, retail businesses, and other locations that can help brokers and clients better understand what surrounds a property.
Updated Points of Interest pages include improved maps, nearby-location information, and a more polished presentation designed for client-facing reports.
These additions make it easier to present not only the property itself, but also the businesses, amenities, and activity around it.
Days on Market Improvements
We’ve improved how Associate calculates and tracks Days on Market using the property’s list date.
This gives Associate a more accurate measure of how long a property has been on the market, including listings that are added to the platform after they were originally listed.
These improvements also create a stronger foundation for displaying and using Days on Market information throughout Associate.
Improved Lease Space Workflows
We’ve continued improving how individual lease spaces can be managed and presented in Associate.
Brokers can now add links directly to individual lease spaces, making it easier to include space-specific resources alongside an availability.
These can include virtual tours, floor plans, marketing pages, or other resources related specifically to that space.
We’ve also made improvements throughout the lease-space workflow, including how spaces are created, edited, displayed, and connected to listing and transaction information.
Multifamily Price Per Unit
Multifamily properties can now be searched and evaluated using price per unit.
You can filter multifamily listings based on price per unit, making it easier to narrow results using one of the most common metrics for evaluating multifamily properties.
To access the Price per Unit filter, make sure you have the Multifamily use selected, and then click on All Filters, and scroll down to the Multifamily section:
Calculated price-per-unit information is also available throughout property details and reports where applicable.
This provides another way to quickly compare multifamily opportunities without needing to calculate the metric separately.
Improvements Throughout Associate
It’s hard to capture everything we improve across Associate day to day. We’re constantly shipping smaller updates throughout the platform that make everyday workflows faster, clearer, and more reliable.
Search and map experiences continue to improve with better location matching, filtering, saved searches, parcel visibility, and smoother navigation between Map and Data views. We’ve also refined listing, lease-space, transaction, attachment, and reporting workflows, including more consistent property details, better data preservation, improved broker and company matching, and continued improvements to report layouts, images, maps, parcel data, and PDF generation.
A lot of work also happens behind the scenes. We’ve continued improving performance, integrations, synchronization, validation, security, monitoring, and overall platform stability. Many of these changes are subtle on their own, but together they make Associate faster, more polished, and more dependable across everyday workflows.
We’re excited to keep building on these improvements and making Associate even more useful for the brokers, admins, and organizations that rely on it every day. As always, we appreciate your feedback and look forward to continuing to improve the platform with you!
