When you are logged in to Associate, and on the Admin Portal, in the top right corner, click in the top right corner next to the Map Icon, The icon will display your initials, or profile photo there, click that and it'll open a menu, click on Profile.
From the Profile page, click on the Notifications tabs:
You'll able to make any necessary adjustments there:
Location Filtering: By default, people receive all listing broadcast emails, but they can specify cities, counties, postal codes, and states to only receive listings that are in those areas. These location filters are also used for the results that are included in the Daily Update email.
Note: Do not include a state as a location filter, unless you want to receive all results in that state. If you include a state in the location filter, then we will provide you all of the listings in that state, regardless of the cities, counties and postal codes specified.
New Contact Notifications let you know whenever someone has completed the Contact Broker form on one of your listings.
Daily Notification Email is the 'Daily Update' email that will include the latest listings added to the platform, as well as any new listings for your saved searches.
Member Broadcast Emails are mailing lists for specific property types. For example, if you add the Retail broadcast list to your notifications, you'll receive all of the emails that members of your association send to that list.
Don’t forget to click Save after making updates.
