When you are logged in to Associate, and on the Admin Portal, in the top right corner, click in the top right corner next to the Map Icon, The icon will display your initials, or profile photo there, click that and it'll open a menu, click on Profile.
From the Profile page, click on the Notifications tabs:
You'll able to make any necessary adjustments there:
Location Filtering: By default, people receive all listing broadcast emails, but they can specify cities and/or counties to only receive listings that are in those areas.
New Contact Notifications let you know whenever someone has completed the Contact Broker form on one of your listings.
Daily Notification Email is the 'Daily Update' email that will include the latest listings added to the platform, as well as any new listings for your saved searches. This currently doesn't use the location filtering, but it will in the future.
Member Broadcast Emails are mailing lists for specific property types. For example, if you add the Retail broadcast list to your notifications, you'll receive all of the emails that members of your association send to that list.
Don’t forget to click Save after making updates.
