Associate Feature Release - 10/02/2025

See what’s new in Associate: business listings, free draw on Map Search, better listing controls, report upgrades, and more.

Updated this week

Business Listings

We now support adding business opportunities! Business opportunities allows you to list businesses for sale, even when they aren’t tied to a specific property address. These listings highlight the business itself, its value, operations, and potential, giving buyers and investors a clear view of what’s available

Business listings are included by default in your regular search results. There is a new search filter that you'll see:

Map Search Improvements

Hide the cards
You can now hide the listing cards in Map Search using the icon in the top-left corner:

Want them back? Just click the icon again:

This was a popular request, and we're glad to get it in.

New free draw tool.
In addition to circle and polygon tools, we've added a free draw option so you can sketch your own custom shape directly on the map:

Reporting Upgrades

Additional brokers on reports.
You can now add multiple brokers to both static and dynamic reports.

Broker footer on PDF reports.
We added a dedicated broker footer section to PDFs, with more improvements on the way to make your reports look even better.

Listing Management Enhancements

Improved lease space display
Managing lease spaces is easier and more flexible, with a cleaner layout and the ability to sort by numeric, or the created date. You'll see this when you're editing your lease listing:

When you change the sorting here, and save, it'll change the order used on the listing page.

New and Updated Search Filters

  • Lease rate - You can now filter lease rates by $/SF/year, $/SF/month, or total monthly rent, depending on how you prefer to search:

  • Multifamily unit count – Now you can filter listings by number of units:

  • Changed Between – Search by the date listings were modified:

Listing Expiration

We are sending email reminders now about expiring listings, and soon will start to expire active listings that have passed their expiration date.

We are giving a grace period as we roll this out, so that people can get their listing expiration dates updated, or deactivate the listing themselves.

Behind the Scenes

We’ve made many under-the-hood improvements to searching, filtering, and responsiveness to keep the platform running smoothly.

We're also continuing work on report formatting, comps, syndication tools, and more.

As always, thank you for your feedback. It helps drive everything we build.
