Dynamic Report Email Notifications

Expiring alerts for your listings

  • We've made it easier to see what listings are expired, or soon to be expired.

There is a reminder on the dashboard:

We added a quick filter to My Listings:

as well as a column with sorting for Expiration Date:

Search Filter Upgrades

  • Date ranges

Our date search filters previously only allowed a specific date, but now we support date ranges, so you can filter by Listed Dates, and Transacted Dates:

Better Comp Data Display

  • Sales transaction display
We've made several updates to how we're displaying some of the fields on Sold transactions, including Listed Date, Sold Price, to help avoid confusion. We have more improvements (including improved filtering) coming, for sales comps, and lease comps. Thank you for your feedback!

Map Search Emphasis

  • All Listings redirected to Map Search

You may have noticed All Listings has been replaced on the left side menu on the dashboard. The Map Search is better, with powerful filtering, and we'll continue to focus our energies on improving this.

If you need a table view, you can click on Data in the top left corner when you on the Map Search:

Location Filter reminder on dashboard

  • Location filtering for your listing broadcast emails

Just a reminder that we added location filters to the listing broadcast emails, and now we've added a reminder to the dashboard so that nobody can miss it.

If you haven't already, make sure that you add some location filters so that you only receive listings for the areas you want.

Bugs & Fixes

  • Our developers continue to make behind-the-scenes fixes and improvements to keep things running smoothly, and improve your experience on the Associate platform.

As always, thank you for your feedback! We'd love to hear what you think.
