We've made substantial improvements to PDF reports to give you more flexibility, clearer presentation, and a more polished client-ready experience. Whether you need a concise flyer or a full multi page report, you now have better tools to present listing information effectively.
Single Page Redesigned + New Multi Page Report Option
We've redesigned the single page flyer and added a new multi page PDF report option, giving you more flexibility depending on how much detail you need to include.
You now have two primary report options, depending on how much detail you need.
Single Page Flyer
The redesigned single page flyer is built to present the most important listing information in a clean, professional one page layout. We worked hard to make sure that the report is always a single page.
It prioritizes key fields and values while improving spacing, readability, and overall visual structure.
Multi Page Report (All Fields)
The new multi page report includes all available listing fields.
Information is organized into clearly structured sections with improved formatting and consistency across pages. This option is ideal when you need a comprehensive report with full listing detail.
Map Improvements
The map page on PDF reports has been significantly improved.
Listing icons no longer overlap or bunch together.
Map positioning is clearer and easier to interpret.
You can optionally include the listing sidebar, which displays numbered listings that correspond directly to the map.
And you have the option to switch to satellite map view if you prefer:
These updates make multi-property reports easier to review and present.
QR Code (Enabled by Default)
PDF reports now include a QR code by default in the top right corner:
The QR code links directly to the listing, allowing recipients to quickly access the most up-to-date information online. This is especially useful for printed flyers and marketing materials.
The QR code opens a version of the listing that does not display broker details, so clients will not see another broker’s information.
Subject Listing Support
Reports now support selecting a subject listing:
When a subject listing is selected:
It appears first in the report
It is marked with a star on the map
It is clearly distinguished from other included listings
Updated Summary Report & Additional Improvements
In addition, other report types, including the Summary and Comparison reports, received cosmetic and formatting updates to improve consistency, spacing, and overall presentation.
These improvements make reports more polished and consistently client-ready.
Alternate Email Address & Copied Email Support
You can now configure additional email options directly from your profile.
Account-related emails, including login links and password resets, will always be sent to your primary email address. These options provide more flexibility for teams and users who manage communications across multiple inboxes.
Listing Expiration Notifications
Listing expiration notifications are now available to all brokers, not just company admins.
Previously, expiration reminder emails were only sent to company admins. Now, any broker can enable their own listing expiration notifications and receive reminders when a listing is approaching its expiration date.
This gives brokers more direct visibility and control over their listings and helps prevent listings from expiring unintentionally.
Map Styling & POI Improvements
We’ve updated map styling across the platform to improve clarity and visual consistency.
In addition, Points of Interest (POI) data has been refreshed to ensure locations are more accurate and up to date. These improvements make maps easier to interpret and provide better location context throughout the platform.
Report Search
We added a keyword search to the Reports page, making it easier to find specific reports.
You can search by relevant terms to quickly filter your reports, which is helpful when managing a large number of saved reports.
RPR Integration
Your RPR Agent CIE ID is now available directly on your profile.
This ID can be entered into RPR to connect your account on the RPR side, ensuring proper data access and alignment. Once added, this helps RPR recognize and associate your account correctly.
You’ll find this information in the Licensing section of your profile:
To add this to RPR, you'll have to login, go to your profile page and then scroll down to the "MLS or CIE Info" section, enter your state, the name of your association, and then this agent ID.
As a reminder, if you have RPR access, make sure that you've added your NRDS id to your profile on our platform, so we can display the RPR integration that gives you quick access to some of RPR's powerful reports when you're viewing listings.
Thank you to everyone who shared feedback on reporting, presentation and more. Your suggestions directly shaped these updates, and we’ll continue building on them in future releases.
