If you've already created a report, you can quickly email it to your contacts. This method attaches the full report to a new email. For more options, including sending listings directly, see How do I email listings?
When you are logged in to Associate, and on the Admin Portal, click Reports on the left-hand side:

You can click on the Share icon under the Actions column:
And then select Create Email from the dropdown menu.
You'll be taken to the Create Email page. You can learn more about Direct and Broadcast options and sending emails here.
After you've selected your recipients, and entered a subject and message, you can see your report under Attachments:
Preview Your Email
To preview your email, click Save Draft, and then scroll to the bottom of the page, and click Preview. Be sure to Save Draft if you made more changes to ensure your preview has the latest updates.
When you're happy with your direct email or broadcast email, you can click Send, or you can leave it saved as a draft and return to it later.
