Our goal is to support you every step of the way, and we want to be transparent about what is (and isn’t) possible when it comes to refunds. Below, you’ll find all the key information about our payment terms and refund policies for both our Retrain and Restore programs, as well as other services.


🔁 Refunds for the re:sleep Retrain Program

Our Retrain Program is a comprehensive, structured online therapy - involving personalised support from a dedicated care team, live clinics with sleep experts, and a full therapeutic framework based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Due to the high level of human involvement and the digital nature of the product, programs require a one-time upfront payment and are not eligible for cancellation under the UK’s standard 14-day “cooling off” period. However, we do offer a 60-day money-back guarantee to give you peace of mind!

✅ How does the 60-day money-back guarantee work?

To qualify, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Completion Requirement
You must complete at least six weeks of the program within the first 60 days, including:

  • Completing all sections of the program

  • Following the program schedule as advised

  • Taking no more than two one-week breaks

2. Sleep Improvement Metric
If your re:sleep score (our proprietary algorithm tracking both qualitative and quantitative aspects of your sleep) does not improve by at least 10% during this time - you are eligible for a full refund.

🎧 Refunds for the Restore Program

The Restore program is a lighter, self-guided 14-day audio experience designed for those with shorter-term sleep struggles. It’s built for flexibility, helping you reset your sleep with science-backed advice in just 10 minutes a day.

If you don’t feel Restore is helping, we offer a no-questions-asked refund.

How to request your refund:

  • You don’t need to meet any specific criteria.

  • Just let us know within 30 days of your purchase.

  • We’ll refund you in full - no forms, no fuss.

Already tried Restore and feel like you need something more in-depth?
If you’d prefer to upgrade to our full Retrain Program, the amount you paid for Restore can be taken off your full program cost. Just let us know when you’re ready, and we’ll apply it to your next step.


💬 Consultations with Specialists

If you’ve booked a private session with one of our sleep experts:

  • Cancel or reschedule with at least 12 hours’ notice for a full refund.

  • Cancellations between 12 and 6 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% charge.

  • If you cancel with less than 6 hours’ notice, unfortunately no refund is possible, as your appointment has been confirmed and time set aside.

Once your digital sleep report has been created and delivered, we’re unable to offer a refund.
