Is Care Team support included in my programme?

If you have a Retrain membership, yes - Care Team support is included as part of your journey!

Unlike customer support (who help with account or technical queries), the Care Team is focused entirely on you and your sleep transformation. They’re here to keep you on track, support you through the ups and downs, and help tailor the programme to your unique sleep journey.

What can the Care Team help with?

The Care Team will reach out to you via email at key points in your programme. They’re also available Monday to Friday via email if you need support at any time.

They can help with:

  • Personalised guidance based on your progress

  • Motivation and accountability when things feel tough

  • Troubleshooting when you’re stuck or unsure

  • Tailoring strategies to your lifestyle or environment

Because they know the programme inside-out - and have supported countless people through it - they can help you make the most of every stage.

What about the Restore programme?

If you're using the Restore programme, this is a self-guided audio course designed to be completed independently so does not include Care Team access.

If you find that you need more tailored support or would like someone to help guide you more closely, you might benefit from upgrading to one of our full Retrain Programmes - and we’ll be here when you’re ready.
