What support comes with the Restore programme?

Restore is a self-guided 2-week audio programme created by Specialist Sleep Physiologist, Stephanie Romiszewski. It’s designed to help you understand your sleep better, and start working with your body’s natural rhythms - for sustainable, long-term improvement.

Because it’s built as a light-touch, accessible option, Restore does not include direct support from our sleep experts or care team.


This programme is best suited if:

  • You’ve been struggling with sleep for just a few months

  • You’re not looking for a personalised or intensive plan

  • You feel confident navigating your sleep improvement journey independently

  • You want a flexible, evidence-based introduction to the core principles of healthy sleep

That said, the content itself is led entirely by Stephanie and reflects the same clinical tools and strategies she’s used with thousands of clients. It’s designed to give you the clarity and confidence to manage your sleep more effectively, without needing additional support.
