Check your email: Trouble with logging in is often due to a mismatch between your email and account details.
- Double-Check Your Email: Make sure the email you’re entering matches the one you used to sign up for the program and doesn't have any typos. This is the email linked to your subscription which your confirmation email would have come through to.
Reset your password: If you’re sure the email is correct, try resetting your password.

Browser or Device Issues: Sometimes, issues with logging in may be related to your browser or the website loading incorrectly.
- Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, then try logging in again.
- If this doesn't work and you're using your mobile phone, try logging in on a laptop device instead as sometimes this allows the website to load correctly.
