Joining your re:sleep community group

If you've started your program and wish to join your community group, follow this step-by-step guide!

Updated over 7 months ago

We’re so glad you’re interested in joining the re:sleep community group! This supportive space is where you can connect with others on the same journey and get additional encouragement from our team. We will also post the recordings of the live Q&A clinics in these groups the day after each session. If you would like to join your community, please follow the instructions below:

1. Find the Group Link:

  • If you’re within the first 20 days of your subscription, you’ll find the link to join the community group on day 3 of your program in the lesson titled “Unlock the power of community support.”

  • If you’ve passed the first 20 days, you can find the link on day 20 in the lesson called “Up next.” We have two separate groups to ensure the discussion in there is relevant to the stages of the program you are at.

  • Alternatively, you should have received an email with the link to join.

2. Request to Join: Click on the link, which will take you to our private Facebook group. When requesting to join, please provide the full name and email address linked to your re:sleep subscription and agree to the group rules. This is how we verify that you’re part of the program and ensure the safety and privacy of the groups.

3. Wait for Approval: Our team aims to process group requests within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. If you haven’t been accepted within this time, double-check that you entered the correct information or try rejoining with the name and email associated with your order.

4. Engage Respectfully: Once you’re in, feel free to introduce yourself and start interacting should you want to! On the other hand, if you prefer to simply observe the discourse without interacting, that is absolutely fine as well! Remember, this is a safe and supportive space - please be kind, respectful, and follow the group guidelines to maintain a positive environment for everyone.

Tip: If you don’t use Facebook and are worried about signing up for an account or would prefer not to join with your current profile, you can create an alias. To do so, simply sign up for a new profile with a different name and picture - we will verify who you are when you join by asking for your email address and full name, so it doesn't matter if this doesn't match your profile. This way you can join the groups anonymously should you wish to! The goal is to ensure you feel comfortable and supported. Moreover, the community groups are not mandatory to join, they are just there as a helpful tool if you feel it would benefit you!

We’re excited to welcome you into our community and look forward to seeing you there!
