Who Is the Maintain Program For?

The Maintain Program is ideal for people who have:

- Successfully completed the core re:sleep program.

- Achieved their sleep goals but want to ensure long-term consistency.

- Want ongoing support to prevent setbacks or relapse.

- Would like some guidance as they transition from the main program into normal life.

What Does the Maintain Program Include?

The Maintain Program offers continued access to support, resources, and community to keep you on track:

- Maintain Program: Focused lessons and tools to help you maintain your improved sleep patterns and navigate the ups and downs of normal sleep. This includes your sleep tracker.

- Exclusive Facebook Group: A dedicated Maintain community group where you can connect with others who’ve completed the program and share tips, experiences, and support.

- Live Q&A Sessions: Access to special live Q&A sessions with sleep experts, specifically for members of the Maintain Program.

- Ongoing Support: Continued access to resources and tools to help you maintain your success.

How to Sign Up for the Maintain Program

1. Click here to check out our Maintain Program plans and choose the one which works best for you.

2. Finalise your subscription and get started by logging into your account. Your Maintain Program can be found in the "Your Programs" area.

4. Start Maintaining Your Progress: Once enrolled, you can access the new resources, community, and live clinics to continue your journey.
