How do I add members to my site?
Updated over a week ago

Restor provides you with the ability to collaborate and share your site with others who have an account on the platform. By adding members to your site, you can work together towards achieving your environmental goals.
Please ensure that the email address used for adding members is the same as the one they used to sign in to Restor.
There are two distinct roles you can assign: Admin and Member. Admins have editing rights for the site, while Members can only view it.

Adding Members to a New Site:
When drawing or uploading a site, you have the option to add members as the final step:

This allows you to establish the team and their respective roles right from the beginning.

To add members to an existing site, follow these steps:

  1. Go to My Restor β†’ My Sites:
Navigate to the My Restor section and select My Sites from the dropdown menu. This will take you to a list of all your created sites.

  2. Find the site you want to add members to:
Locate the specific site you wish to add members to from the list of your sites. You can scroll through the list to find it.

  3. Click on Edit site:
Once you have identified the site, click on the Edit site option. This will allow you to make changes and manage site settings.

  4. Go to Members:
Within the site editing interface, locate the Members section. This is where you can manage the members associated with your site.

In the Members section, enter the email address of the user you want to add in the provided Email address field. Choose the appropriate role for the member (Admin or Member) based on their responsibilities. Then, click on Add to add the user to the site.

  5. Adjust member roles:
You can modify a member's role at any time by clicking on the three dots next to their name. This will provide options to downgrade or upgrade their role between Member and Admin as needed.
