To better manage teamwork and enhance the user experience, we have made some significant changes to how you can collaborate with others on the platform.
What's Changed?
Removal of Site-Based Viewer Addition: Users can no longer add members directly to site profiles. If you want to collaborate on sites, you will need to create an organization profile first and manage collaborators through the organization profile.
How to Collaborate Now
Create an Organization Profile:
Go to your account settings and create a new organization profile if you haven't already.
Add collaborators to your organization profile, assigning them roles as needed.
Manage Sites Through Organization:
Once your organization profile is set up, you can manage sites and collaborate with your collaborators through the organization profile.
New - Roles and Permissions
Editors: Have editing rights for the sites within the organization profile.
Viewers: Can only view the sites within the organization profile.
Why the Change?
This update aims to improve the overall collaboration experience by providing a more structured and organized way to manage team members and sites. By using organization profiles, you can better track and manage your environmental goals with your team.
