Install the Retention.com script on your BigCommerce store to start identifying visitors and capturing leads.
Before you begin
You'll need your .mybigcommerce.com domain (or the custom domain you use to log into BigCommerce admin).
Example: store-abc123.mybigcommerce.com
Installation steps
1. Open Script Manager
In your BigCommerce admin, go to Storefront > Script Manager.
2. Create a script and paste
Click "Create a Script". Name it "Retention.com", and set:
Placement → Header
Location on page → Storefront pages
Script type → Script
Paste your Retention.com script into the "Script contents" field and click Save.
3. You're all set!
Once the script is saved, your domain will appear as authorized inside Retention.com within a few minutes. Verify the install on the next step.
