Install the Retention.com script on your Squarespace site to start identifying visitors and capturing leads.
Before you begin
⚠️ Plan requirement: Code Injection is only available on Squarespace's Business or Commerce plans. If you're on a Personal plan, you'll need to upgrade first.
Installation steps
1. Open Code Injection
In your Squarespace admin, go to Settings > Advanced > Code Injection.
2. Paste the script in Header
Paste your Retention.com script into the Header box (not Footer or Lock Page) and click Save.
3. You're all set!
