Install the Retention.com script on your WordPress + WooCommerce store to start identifying visitors and capturing leads.
Before you begin
You'll need your WordPress site URL — the domain you use to access /wp-admin.
Example: acme-store.com
Installation steps
1. Install Code Snippets
In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins > Add New, search for "Code Snippets", then click Install and Activate. (Skip this step if it's already installed.)
2. Add a new PHP snippet
Go to Snippets > Add New. Name it "Retention.com" and select PHP as the snippet type.
3. Paste the code and save
Paste your Retention.com script into the snippet's Code box. Then click Save Changes and Activate.
4. You're all set!
The collection script will fire on every page of your store. Verify the install on the next step in Retention.com.
