After installing Returbo, the next step is to embed the Digital Return Form on your website.
This allows your customers to access the return portal directly from your store.
You can embed the form either:
On a Shopify page
Directly in your Shopify theme
Before you begin
Make sure you:
Have installed the Returbo app
Have access to your Shopify admin
Have activated the Returbo block in Settings → Account Settings
Embed it on a page
Step 1: Copy the embed code
Open the Returbo app
Go to Settings → Account Settings
Find Activate Returbo block
Click the copy icon in the Embedded form link field
This copies the HTML code.
Step 2: Add it to a Shopify page
In Shopify, go to Online Store → Pages
Click Add page (if you don’t have a Returns page yet)
or open an existing pageClick the [< >] HTML icon in the top right corner
Paste the copied HTML code
Click the [< >] icon again to exit HTML mode
Click Save
You should now see the Digital Return Form in the editor.
Visit your website to confirm it displays correctly.
Adjusting height or width
If needed:
Open the page editor
Click the [< >] HTML icon
Adjust the height or width values in the code
Save again
Embed it in your theme
If you edit your Shopify theme directly:
Go to Online Store → Themes
Click Customize
Navigate to your Return/Exchange page
Click Add section
Choose Custom Liquid (or another section that allows HTML)
Paste the embedded code from Returbo
Click Save
The form will now be embedded in your theme layout.
