The Shipping Fees Report
How can I view my Shipping Fees Report?
Only users with the appropriate permissions will be able to access the Shipping Fees Report under Usage Reports in ReturnLogic.
The Shipping Fees Report is only available for merchants who use the ReturnLogic Shipping Solution.
To view the Shipping Fees Report:
Login
Go to Account
Under Overview, select Usage Reports
Under Usage Reports, select the Shipping Fees Report
Select a month and a monthly breakdown of your shipping costs will appear
Use the bottom navigation options Previous and Next to scroll through the reports
Why don't I see data populated for the Shipping Fees Report?
If you use the ReturnLogic Shipping Solution, you will be able to view a Shipping Fees Report within the platform.
If you do not use this solution, you will not have any data available for these reports. If the report appears to be blank, this may mean you have added an alternative in your integration settings.
If you like, you can check your integration settings to see what shipping-related integrations have already been added to your ReturnLogic account.
Why can't I access the Shipping Fees Report?
If you cannot access this report, it may be due to your user permission settings. To gain additional permissions, please contact your account admin.

How does the ReturnLogic Shipping Solution impact label pricing?
Merchants using the ReturnLogic Shipping Solution will automatically receive discounted rates on USPS shipping labels. To learn more about label pricing, check out our website.
Note: The rates and details on this page are subject to change over time according to changes made by USPS.
How can I determine my total shipping fee costs per month?
Merchants who use the ReturnLogic Shipping Solution will see this monthly breakdown for the Shipping Fees report. (See image above) It will list each individual fee but it does not include a monthly total amount. If you like, you can download your Shipping Fees report data and use a formula to total your fees in an Excel (or similar) spreadsheet document. If you total your fees for each month, you could also determine your quarterly or annual totals.
This report will only reflect return labels associated with RMAs that were handled within ReturnLogic workflows. If you generated any shipping labels outside of the ReturnLogic return workflows, those manually/externally generated shipping labels will not be captured in this ReturnLogic report.
Can I request a refund on an unused shipping label that I was already charged for?
Merchants who utilize the ReturnLogic Shipping Solution will not be charged for return labels that are never used by their shoppers. If the label is never scanned in by a shipping location, it will be considered unused. This means you will not need to track what labels are unused or follow up to be refunded by ReturnLogic.
