Once you arrive at a charging site, park at any available charger for your plug type.
If you are using the app:
1. Find the charging site card at the bottom of the map screen and tap “Start Charging”
2. Double check that the station name on the top matches your charging site
3. Remove the connector and plug securely into your vehicle
4. Select the charger ID and connector type that matches the sticker on the charger
> You will find the charger ID on the top right and the connector type on the connector
> Select the matching charger ID and connector type in the app
5. Confirm that the correct Charger ID and connector are selected. Swipe to start charging
If you are paying with the credit card reader:
Remove the connector and plug securely into your vehicle.
Tap or swipe card on the credit card reader.
Our chargers accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and all contactless mobile wallet payments.
Please note: For American Express and Discover, we can only conduct transactions via magstripe.
If the card is approved, your session should start within 30 seconds!
