I received an error message during my charging session, what do I do?

If you’re having trouble starting your charge session, check that the plug is connected properly to your vehicle. If you have a CCS vehicle, you should hear a “click” when you plug in. On a Tesla, the charge port LED should flash blue when properly connected.

If you’re still not able to start your session, return the plug to the holster and try again.

If you are still experiencing issues, please try a different charger. You may report an issue in the Revel Charging app.
