The graph shown on your ReviewBuzz dashboard will show data based on the time frame you choose. On the right hand side, you can choose from the following time frames: This Month, Last 30 Days, Last Month, Last 3 Months, Last 6 Months, and Last 12 Months.
Under the ‘My Dashboard’ heading, you will be able to view the last time the numbers were updated.
What do these numbers mean?
It’s easy to simply focus on your rating number because who doesn’t want a consistent 5 star rating? Yet what is also important to observe is the number of ‘requests’ vs. the number of reviews received.
If your ‘requests’ are low, perhaps members of your team have yet to log into the employee app and use it. Or perhaps the members on your team do not feel comfortable asking a customer for a review immediately after a service. If this is the case then it would be a great time to set up a reward program to motivate all employees to be rewarded for a job well done.
