The graph shown on your ReviewBuzz dashboard will show a month-to-month view of activity while the numbers above the graph show a month-to-date view of activity.

The numbers above the graph will also reset each month since they are a month-to-date summary.

Under the ‘My Dashboard’ heading, you will be able to view the last time the numbers were updated.

What do these numbers mean?

It’s easy to simply focus on your rating number because who doesn’t want a consistent 5 star rating?. Yet what is also important to observe is the number of ‘requests’ vs. the number of reviews received.

If your ‘requests’ are low, perhaps members of your team have yet to log into the employee app and use it. Or perhaps the members on your team do not feel comfortable asking a customer for a review immediately after a service. If this is the case then it would be a great time to set up a reward program to motivate all employees to be rewarded for a job well done.
